The Challenge
PeakFit Apparel launched their premium athleisure range to high traffic but struggled with conversion rates below 1.5%. Visitors clicked their lifestyle ads but exited the product pages due to sizing confusion, lack of clear shipping timelines, and a high-friction checkout.
Our Strategy & Execution
We executed an aggressive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) campaign. We stacked key elements above the fold, introduced dynamic sizing calculators, added a sticky bottom 'Add to Cart' trigger, integrated local trust signals (Royal Mail delivery speed), and activated a visual free shipping progress bar.
Removing Cognitive Friction to Drive High-Volume PDP Actions
Our CRO process systematically resolves customer purchase doubts. By placing local delivery expectations, flexible financing options, and detailed material accordions right where mobile shoppers' eyes land, we successfully guided visitors from browsing to completing their purchases.
